Re: DECLARATION DE CHIFFRE D’AFFAIRES

I am a auto-entrepreneur general builder, painting decoration etc, and I buy materials which are used for the clients’ project.

I am not VAT registered.

Questions:

  1. Can I re-sell the materials to the client at whatever price I choose?
  2. Can I divide my earnings on the Declaration De Chiffre D’Affaires : 80 per cent Ventes De Marchandises and 20 per cent Prestations De Services? In order to get the lower Taux of 12.80?
  3. Do I have to write and split the figures ventes de merchandises charge and Services charge on my facture to the client? or simply just write a combined total figure?
  4. On my Declaration De Chiffre D’Affaires; Am I at liberty to decide the percentage amount of Ventes de Marchandises and Prestations De Services? (ie. 80 per cent of one and 20 per cent of the other) and also on my factures?

Regards
