How to fill in CFE form for a new business (form 751-SD)

We have a website and plan to start selling at the local markets once we get our carte de commerçant ambulant. I am in the process of filling in form 751-SD Declaration cotisation CFE and it asks on which floor the business is, at present we are using a downstairs bedroom to store the stock and use as an office (as well as a bedroom), but plan to use a first floor room in the next few months (once it has been renovated) for this use.

Can you tell me what I should put on the form, ground floor or first floor or does it not really make a difference?
