Getting a TVA/VAT Number as Micro Entrepreneur

I am a Micro Entrepreneur and will go over the TVA threshold of 36500 next month for providing services.

1) How/what do I do in order to get my TVA number?

2) How long does it normally take to receive the TVA number?

2) If there’s a delay before I have the number, what do I put on invoices (given that I do not have the TVA number but because I am over the limit I have to charge TVA)?
