CFE form 1447-C-K for artist-auteur

I am preparing to fill-in the 1447-C-K form.
I looked at your instructional video and downloaded the sample form. Thank you for that!

But I have two questions:
1) Does it make any difference in the way I fill-in the form, if I am artiste-auteur (filmmaker, film director, screenwriter) ?
I read somewhere that artiste-auteurs are not taxed with the property tax. Could you confirm that? If that’s so, how do I show in the form that I am artist-auteur?

2) I am accomodated by my relatives free of charge and I am using their home address as the registration for my entrepreneur individuel. How to make sure that they are not taxed for my activity? (that would make them unhappy ))))
