Adding Gardening business to existing auto entrepreneur

A friend of mine is looking to start a gardening business. They’re already registered as an polyvalent autoentrepreneur. Do you know how they would register this as a secondary service, and if there are any specific qualifications that they need to have to be a gardener? I also heard that there’s a way to get funding if you’re setting up to cover the initial outlay for buying tools?
