2020 social charge for micro

I am a micro-entrepreneur about 11 months now and anticipating to pay my first social charge. How do I do this? and if this lockdown period affect it in some way at all? We have not had post through the last week so do we declare online? And what else I am to be vigilant for as I am going through my first end of year of business?
