2018 tax declaration ( different sources of income).

Hi Valerie,
I’m about to complete my tax declaration and there are a few things I would like to ask.
I have income from three different sources, the company I used to work for, pole emploi, my auto-entrepreneur activity.
The boxes in the online tax declaration are already filled with the amounts from the former company I was working for and from pole emploi but not for my auto-entrepreneur activity (last trimester of 2018). So my first question is how is this possible since I have already declared my turnover for the last trimester 2018 to http://www.net-entreprises.fr
Secondly, I am renting an apartment and I would like to know if I can deduct it from my income tax.
