1st Declaration trimestrielle de chiffre d’affaires

I registered as an auto-entrepreneur on 1st April for a gite business. I have just received the declaration form and have seen your video on how to fill it in. I think I understand but just wanted to check something - I understand that the social charges for a gite business is 12%. On my form it has 3 lines - one 528 Ventes de Marchandises 12%, then a 2nd line 538 Prestations de Services 21.3% and a 3rd line 576 Formation Prof Commercant 0.1%. Am I correct that I only need to fill in my turnover amount against the first line and leave the other 2 lines blank as they are not relevant to me?
