Which business structure to use in France?

I am looking into setting up a new business in France, at the moment and am still confused as to which structure would be best I will be working with my partner (PACT) and will be importing specific products and reselling them in France with a projected turnover of 400,000 euros in the first year with 80,000 euros profit. Which french business structures can I legally choose from and which would allow me to minimise my tax and social charges? Thanks.
