Which kind of business for writing for English magazines and newspapers?

I am just starting to put together a business idea and need advice. I am English, but have dual English / French nationality and am married to a Frenchman. We are permanent French residents and my husband is employed and pays French taxes. I have never worked in France. The business I am planning is two-fold:

I am going to write articles for English magazines and newspapers
Find French students places in schools in England for language learning

I will not receive any money in France as my income will come from English companies. Can the money I earn be paid into an English bank account and be spent in England. What company structure should I form in France? I plan to work from home. My main expenses will be travelling to England for research purposes (for both activities) and within France to meet potential clients for the schools and for research for my articles.
