What type of business model for a consignment, thrift, retail shop?

I am considering setting up a new, used, consignment / thrift shop that sells a little of everything from antiques to collectables, to cheap clothes and book books. I am curious how the tax system works with used goods as well as consignment. Is there a business model for this type of business in France? It is essentially retail with an addition of used goods and also consignment at various percents?
