I offer physical and online marketing and delivery services to restaurants in my locality. I charge a monthly fee based on meals sold through my service. The only assets I personally own are a delivery vehicle, HACCP certified food transport equipment. I have received my memento fiscal from the DG of Finances Publiques, where I have been assigned under the bic micro - Regime des micro-entreprises, and Franchise en base for TVA. I would like to know if this is the correct regime for my activities.
Also what is the impact of the Valeur locative fonciere under Cotisation fonciere des entreprises for my operations, where, as I mentioned I don’t own or rent any property.
