What kind of business structure for a salon de thé in France?

My wife and I are both auto-entrepreneurs in France, but recently moved to a property with a shop-front. We would like to open a salon de thé that also sells books and CDs. Since we could not do this as auto-entrepreneurs, what business structure would be most appropriate and how would we go about starting?
How do we find out what regulations there are about the physical shop facilities, e.g. do we have to provide toilet facilities, etc.? And can we keep our auto-entrepreneur status and previous work at the same time?
