What is the business carte vitale and health status with zero income?

I am about to do the first trimester 2016 declaration for my business earnings in France. Due to a change in circumstances, we decided not to operate the business for the first three months of this year in France, and are starting work again in April/May. Can I just declare zero in the business declaration without harming our carte vitale and health status? We have paid the cotisations for all quarters for the last two years, this is the only one which will show a zero declaration.
