What is compulsory for EURL?

I am trying to understand what is compulsory for running EURL. I would like to have the paperwork brought to a minimum, doing all accounting once yearly. From what I understood, at the end of financial year I will need accounting company to do, TVA declarations, book keeping, bilan and compulsory meetings (assemblee generale). Is there something else I am missing or is this all I will need to manage?
