What is a SARL de Famille and it’s benefits?

My father and I are now considering forming a SARL. We are currently looking for an accountant to give us advice on the matter, but I am interested if there are any benefits to be found in us being father and son? I’m aware that there is a SARL de Famille status however I’m unsure as to how it is different to a standard SARL.
