What are the rules regarding ‘cooling off’ periods for service contracts in France?

In the UK - and, thus, I presume the EU (at the time of writing) - there is a 7 or 14 day cooling off period from the time one signs a service contract which allows the customer to change their mind without financial penalty. Are there similar rules in France for this?

I am trying to sort out contracts for my application to DIRECCTE in France. If you remember I will be offering individual and group English language courses to private individuals and businesses. I presume that language training is categorised as a service.
