Wage from micro-enterprise?

Could you explain how I would draw a wage from my business (registered as micro-enterprise in France) and how this would be declared on my tax form? In the UK there are a couple of options for this, either it would be recorded as drawing if a sole trader or I would be likely to pay myself in dividends if a limited company. Would it be a similar system to that of drawings here?

Also, is it possible to employ somebody as a micro-enterprise?
