Could you answer a few questions regarding renting premises in France please?
- Are there any limits as an auto entrepreneur? E.g. leasing period, contract terms etc.
- What exactly do these mean? H.C.-H.T. and T.T.C ?They’re taken from an advert. They were next to the price.
- Also what does droit d’entrée 32500€ and Droit au bail 95000€ mean?
- Is it looked upon favourably if you offer to pay for 3 or 6 months upfront? Would you recommend it?
