From your previous reply the most tax efficient system for a non-resident gite owner is to register as a non-professional with impots and pay CSG of 17.5% on 50% of turnover. Is this the only tax to pay?
On the basis of 60,000 euros turnover there would be 5,160 euros CSG. Are there any other taxes and how much would they be on this basis?
