Taxe Professionelle

I have read through previous threads but am still a little confused about whether I should opt for the prelevement liberatoire. I am registered as an autoentrepreneur and expect my turnover for the year to be in the region of 20,000 euros. As I understand it, if I opt for the prelevement liberatoire I will not have to pay the taxe professionelle for 2 years but in the meantime will pay 1,7% tax on my turnover. If I don’t opt for the prelevement liberatoire then I have to pay the tax professionelle of 270 euros. I understand that there is a possibility of the taxe professionnelle being abolished, but if it’s retained then would I have to pay tax of 1,7% of turnover plus the taxe professionnelle after 2 years?
