Swimming pool regulations and regulations in general for chambres d’hotes?

Is there a French government site with definitive information regarding regulations for chambres dhotes, i.e., swimming pools, smoke detectors, invoicing, etc. We have an above ground pool servicing our chambres d’hotes guests. All the information I have found state that the regulations apply to in ground pools, yet I keep hearing that it does apply to above ground.
