I am already working full time in France. At the moment my wife is unemployed registered to the Pole Emploi.

  1. Because of her unemployment, we only have the rights of three half days on the public nursery for our daughter. After we will register my wife micro-entrepreneur business in France, will she be considered as a full time worker so we can have the rights of five days full time nursery?
  2. In the form for registering the micro-entrepreneur business here in France, there are two separate lines for family name and maiden name. In our countries we don’t change surname after the marriage, so her passport is with her maiden name only. Is it mandatory to write both surnames or she can use only her maiden name, although we are married?
