Should my small clothing company be EURL?

I am moving to France to start a new branch of my clothing manufacturing company, so need to find out what type of company structure will be best, e.g. EURL (entreprise unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée). My husband and I need to both be Directors for our Visa requirements, and in New Zealand we are a limited liability co. so I imagine we would be the same in France.

I will be making and selling for our EU wholesale clients, and envisage turnover to be about 40,000 euros in the first year. I design and make wedding dresses, so the production/materials costs are about 25% of the wholesale price. I may be able to just use short term contract workers for the first year, but in the second year two - three full-time employees. I also think I will lease a small workroom space - the other option is to be based at home.
