Should I combine my two business activities into one business?

I work as an agent commercial in France and am registered as an auto-entrepreneur business. For many years my hobby has been going to dog shows and because I breed a litter every now and again I am obliged to be registered as a dog breeder, with Certificat de Capacité. I have an accountant and am registered réel simplifiée with TVA. I make a loss every year (it is just my hobby) but I can get the TVA back which is good. I pay charges solidaire to the mutualité sociale agricole (MSA) for my activité agricole, but get no benefits.

I am just about to go over the auto-entrepreneur limit for my activity as an estate agent, and it is only May. I know my next step would have been to register a Réel Simplifiée business, but I am already this - so can I /should I combine the two activities? Where would I pay my charges RSI or MSA? My husband has a micro enterprise as a builder, so would it be better to combine all three activities under an SARL?

My accountant for my activité agricole is really just a bookkeeper and has not been much help - all their clients breed cows or sheep and they have no other estate agents registered with them.
