Several business under one auto-entrepreneur account?

I am thinking about setting up a small business in France, or better businesses. The first thing is pet sitting, but I would also like to offer web design and later on an online shop to sell goods. As far as I understand I could do the services (pet sitting and webdesign) under one auto-entrepreneur registration as first and second business activity, but selling goods through an online shop would be a different category with a different turnover threshold. How does that work, or is it not possible?
