Can I sell cakes in a tea room in France?

I’ve been following on from your advice and have once again been looking into the requirements needed for baking and selling homemade cakes via my business in France.

I’ve read in multiple places that you need to either be a registered Patissiere, or have three years of experience working in the trade. As I am making English cakes, not French cakes, for my tea room, do I still need to have these qualifications?
