RSI or URSSAF?

I have just received an email from the unions de recouvrement des cotisations de sécurité sociale et d’allocations familiales (URSAFF) saying:
Vous pouvez effectuer dès maintenant le télépaiement des cotisations dues à l’URSSAF pour l’exigibilité de août 2015.
I pay my cotisations to RSI, should I worry about receiving this?
