Registration process for a UK online English language school?

We are an online English language school based in the UK but teaching students from all over the world through an online platform. We would like to reach as many businesses in France as possible in order to offer our services to them. We know that in France, employees are often entitled to financing from the government to complete a certain number of training hours a year and that many of them want to use these hours to learn English. Our goal is to be registered with organisations (such as Afdas) in order to reach businesses in France that are looking for an online English language service for their employees’ training.

Apart of Afdas, are there any other organisations that we could register with?
What are the requirements to become eligible to register with such organisations?
Do we need to have a registered business address in France?
Do we need to have an agent located in France?
What are the costs involved (roughly)?
What is the NAF code for online English language tuition services?
How long does it usually take to complete the process?
