Rates for social charges and income tax?

I am preparing to fill in my URSSAF (Unions de Recouvrement des Cotisations de Sécurité Sociale et d’Allocations Familiales) form for my auto-entrepreneur business in France. I am professional liberale (English teacher). My URSSAF form quotes me:

25.1% cotisations
0.2% Income tax

I tried to find this rate on your website to check I have been charged the correct amount but I could not find it. I hope you can help.
