Presentation of EURL information on business documents?

Having noted the differences between French cheque books and their UK equivalent, I wonder whether other documents require a different layout - e.g. invoices - and would like to ask how the EURL information should be presented.

I understand there are rules, but am not sure about how they are implemented on a website, for example. Does it need to be on business cards? Does it need to be on fliers or other forms of marketing literature?

Also, is there a particular company who make business stamps - I understand that I need one of those as well. Any other needs you might be able to think of would be very helpful.

Sorry to add something else, but is it necessary to have a telephone and fax number?
