Portage salarial or EURL for business with one customer?

I am a software developer looking to move to France and start a business. I have been offered a one year, full time contract with a German company, renewable. Paid per hour, looking at 120,000 euros for the year gross. I understand that an Entreprise Individuelle is not an option due to the one client only thing. Would this be an issue with an entreprise unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée (EURL)? Also, I understand that an EURL could be financially more favorable than a portage salarial at my salary level: is this true?
