New taxes on the RSI Declaration Trimestrielle?

Last trimestre I submitted a zero return. Now this time I have a return to make and noticed the new taxes at the bottom, 060 taxe cma vente and 061 taxe cma prestation - where did they come from? I can see to what they apply but I don’t remember receiving anything about them. Can you tell me what they are for?
