Move from micro-entrepreneur business to another regime due to earnings?

Myself (Irish) and husband (British) registered as micro-entrepreneur businesses when we moved to France in 2015. In 2017 our earnings will likely be significantly above the threshold and we are now wondering what the most efficient regime is for us moving forward e.g. société à responsabilité limitée (SARL), or a portage, etc.

One of us is an editor/translator and the other is a researcher working for international organisations. Likely earnings will be in the region of 67,000 euros (him) plus 80,000 euros (me) in 2017. We also have a UK limited company through which we have billed clients in the past.

Please advise by letting me know how much we will pay to the French state (social security/tax) for using the different options. I am also interested to know which system would be more efficient/involve least paperwork.
