LMNP best way to pay cleaners
I have two holiday lets (apartments registered as LMNP) and I would now rather pay someone to clean them on a regular basis so I have more time to work on my admin and planning. Could you help me decide how best to pay someone to do the cleaning (without too much paperwork, administration, ... he/she could be a local student or a housewife, for example, who would like to do some hours cleaning).
They would work approximately 12 hours per week but this could fluctuate between 4-16 hours per week. They would be provided with all the cleaning materials necessary so they would have no expenses. Do you have an idea of what rate a cleaner should be paid; I would expect to pay more than the minimum wage to encourage a high quality service.
