Living and working in France while making money in the Netherlands?

My girlfriend and I moved to France last year for her employer. I am now working self-employed as a consultant on the Dutch and Belgian market. I spend 50% of my time in NL and the other 50% in France, working for home. I make between 2,000 euros and 8,000 euros per month. What structure should I follow?
