K-bis time to register

Good morning Valerie.
I have just started a part time job with a bar that has just changed hands, the bar owner after 3 weeks is claiming he has no access to the company bank account until the kbis registration is completed.
My question is how long does this registration normally take ?
Whilst it is not a great amount of wages it ia still wages and the total is building ...
