Is construction de maisons individuelles registered as artisan?

My husband amended his auto-entrepreneur business at the end of last year from a APE 930N autres service personnels (profession liberale) to an APE 4120A construction de maisons individuelles. The INSEE form does not state what category he is now but I would guess not profession liberale but artisan. I went to do the quarterly return and although his APE number has been amended he is still down as profession liberale. I know this does not have any affect on the main percentage charged but I see from your table that for artisian there is an additional tax charge. I just want to make sure he is paying all that he should.
