Is APE enregistrement a legal scam?

After registering an auto-entrepreneur business a few weeks ago, I have received an invoice on a very official looking automatically completed form for APE enregistrement from a company at 3 rue saint maur Paris, demanding 289.54 euros. I am assuming this is still a scam but where did they get all the details from and can I get them to remove me from their database or is it best to just ignore this letter?
