Is an EURL the right business type for my teaching business?

I have been an auto entrepreneur for 2 years and my business activity has recently evolved and I need to close my auto entrepreneur account (APE 7490BP). This code doesn’t appear on the choose your activity part of the cessation d’activite on the urssaf website. I think that I need to become an EURL (Entreprise unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée) but I’m not sure and would like some advice.

I will be teaching small groups of children and need to be able to declare expenses for equipment that I need to purchase for the teaching activity as well as for the business organisation (a computer).

I have quite a few contracts lined up already and will need to be able to hire people on a casual basis to teach courses as well (using my methodology and my equipment). These people will be payed per hour. Eventually I will have a physical place where I will receive these groups of children to teach them but initially I am signing contracts with the school boards and will go to them. Is EURL the right legal structure for me?
