Invoicing my UK company from my auto-entrepreneur business?

I just wanted to clarify my intentions and find out whether this would be allowed. My plan is to work as an auto-entrepreneur business in France doing graphic/web design, for a variety of customers who are based in the UK and France who I will be invoicing directly from my French business.

I am also the owner/director/shareholder of UK Limited company which amongst other things, offers a graphic/web design service. If the UK company continues to take on occasional jobs for English customers, would it be legal for the company to subcontract some of the work out to my French auto-entrepreneur business?
