Income outside France not related to auto-entrepreneur?

I have registered as an auto-entrepreneur in France and things are ticking over nicely. However, I have just been offered a lucrative contract back in Switzerland for three to six months and four days a week. This will be payrolled through a Swiss company and I will pay Swiss tax and social security - no way to get out of this. At the same time, I will continue my activities in France for one day a week.

Tax
I think I’m clear on the tax implications - I declare world wide income in France and Switzerland. The double tax agreements between them means I just pay whichever is the highest?

Cotisations
This is where I have much confusion. Do I declare my auto-entrepreneur business income just on the French side of things or do I need to add the Swiss income? If the latter then I would exceed the 32,000 euros auto-entrepreneur limit.
