How do the auto-entrepreneur tax options work?

In your auto-entrepreneur video you explain tax options:

I understood that taxes for profession liberale are 2.2 % from the turnover, but in option 2 it says that the government first deducts 34% from the turnover as expenses. So in option 1 (at source) I would pay 2.2% on 30,000 euros turnover, while with option 2 I would pay 2.2% on 19,800 euros (30,000 euros - 34%) - or did I get anything wrong here?
