A small business owner in the U.S., we are looking to expand our business to Europe. To test the markets in France, we plan to sublease retail space from 3 to 5 days at least 6 to 8 times a year, building towards permanent retail locations in France (Paris). We also plan to occupy retail space inside of numerous beauty salons throughout France to sell our products. Our business specializes in high-end hair extensions. What are the appropriate and necessary steps for our business to take in order to expand into France and flourish, (for example: licenses, permits, taxes, insurance etc.).
