How do I register online as a graphic designer in France?

I have tried to register a business in online in France after your answer to my previous question, but am confused. Which domaine d’activité should I chose on the CFE online registration form? If I select je ne connais pas… it does not recognise when I type activités spécialisées de design.

Is it under another subgroup which I have to select first? For example, I found Graphiste Multimedia et Diffusion par des Procedes et des Techniques Autres Que Relevant de L’artisanat. If I select this one however, how can I later chose the right APE code?
