How do I register as an agent commercial in France?

Can you kindly advise on the agent commercial form on régime social et fiscal de l’auto-entrepreneur. Options are:

Regime micro - social simple
Regime special B.N.C (fiscal micro) with an option to tick versement libertoire

Can you tell me please tell me what the implications of the two options and what they mean?

I have looked at my current tax certificate for 55.20z, it says micro - regime de micro enterprises and BIC. I currently pay quarterly. I would prefer annual, I did write before end of December last year to change but they never replied.
