I understand to register as plumber and heating engineer in France I have to register with the chambre de metier. Can you tell me how it works.

What is the maximum amount of income that can be received before becoming liable for tax and social charges?
What rate will the tax and the social charge be through this system?
Can you claim materials back against you profits?
Will I be classed as a micro-entrepreneur?
