How do I register a French business that creates Google Ads online?

I started filling out the auto-entrepreneur business form for registration yesterday and have a few questions. My business in France involves running Google ads on a few websites, that I have already created and also update from time to time.

Will this fall under Activités Commerciales or Activités Artisanales or Activités Libérales? If I choose Commercialisation des espaces sur les site internet it automatically puts me in Activités Commerciales category. Hope this is fine.
This option Sa nature and Son lieu d’exercice are also a bit confusing. I basically work from home, managing and updating the content on the websites these ads are run. Can you suggest which option will closely match my line of work?
