How do I pay my business CFE and IFER in France?

I have an auto-entrepreneur business set up in France since 30 October 2014 as a Japanese language teacher. I have received a letter that says I have not paid cotisation foncière des entreprises (CFE) and/or imposition forfaitaire sur les entreprises de réseaux (IFER) which was due 15 December 2015. I was out of France the entire December and was not aware that this has to be done.

My account has been created on impots.gouv.fr, but the site does not allow me to pay on line. I actually don’t know how much I owe. Could you please help me with the situation?
