How do I pay my auto-entrepreneur cotisations online?

I have just made the first payment for my social cotisations to RSI.

The cheque that I sent has been cashed, so can I assume that they are happy with the code that I used?
On the form that they sent to me it stated 24.1%, I changed it to 14.1% and sent the amount (14.2% of 22,500). Can I assume that as they have cashed the cheque they are happy with this?
I have been advised that they will not send a receipt, is this correct?
I would like to make future payments online, can you advise me how to do this?
